Channel 3
We partnered with Channel 3 Thailand to produce a high-impact television promo designed to reintroduce the channel’s identity and broaden its appeal among a younger, digital-savvy audience. The campaign was led by Nadech Kugimiya—one of Thailand’s most recognizable actors—bringing both star power and credibility to the message. This was not a traditional ad. It was designed to be a brand storytelling piece—emotionally driven, personal, and cinematic. The final product was a 2-minute narrative film shot in Bangkok, combining vérité-style documentary footage with stylized commercial framing.
Concept & Pre-Production
This project combined traditional TVC structure with stylized animation and required close collaboration with Channel 3’s in-house creative team. The objective was to create a modern, energetic spot that reflected the evolving identity of the station while maintaining its legacy voice. Our team managed full-service pre-production: creative development, storyboarding, shot planning, and coordination with the animation team for integrated sequences. Location scouting, talent coordination, and styling were handled entirely in-house in Bangkok.
Processing
Filming took place over a two-day period with a full commercial crew. We used a combination of Steadicam and motion-controlled rigs to achieve dynamic movement and ensure smooth transitions into post-produced animation. Working with Nadech required a precision schedule and a tightly choreographed shoot—every shot was planned to maximize time without sacrificing quality.
Post Production
The hybrid format demanded close alignment between editorial and animation teams. Live-action scenes were blended with custom 2D/3D animated elements representing Channel 3’s new programming identity. Color grading, compositing, and visual transitions were all designed to match Channel 3’s brand palette. Sound design and VO were handled in-house to retain tone consistency.
