Fractional ownership is still a new concept for many audiences, and Propbase needed content that could simplify it without losing sophistication. Beyond education, the brand's marketing is primarily led by its CEO, so everything had to feel authentic, direct, and aligned with the founder's vision. Every piece of content needed to serve two functions: empower leadership to communicate the mission clearly and give the sales team consistent, professional assets.
We built a communication framework around Propbase's core values of accessibility, transparency, and premium quality. Narratives and visuals were crafted to position the leadership team as the face of the brand, allowing the CEO to speak with authority to both Thai and international audiences. This approach reinforced credibility and helped bridge the knowledge gap between new investors and the fractional ownership model.
Production covered a series of cinematic video assets filmed across a wide variety of Propbase's condominium projects. Each location was selected to highlight lifestyle, amenities, and architectural quality, from luxury towers in Bangkok to seaside residences. The content showcased both the aspirational and tangible sides of investing through the platform.
Alongside the property showcases, we developed supporting materials that broke down the investment model step by step. These were integrated directly into CEO-led presentations and the internal sales process, helping both leadership and staff communicate with clarity and consistency. The result is a unified brand voice that reflects the sophistication of the business model while positioning Propbase as a trusted name in Thai luxury real estate investment.
