The brief required a tight turnaround without compromising on quality. The Ritz-Carlton needed a commercial that captured the detail and craftsmanship of their room interiors in a way that felt elevated and consistent with the brand. Every aspect of the production had to move quickly while maintaining the precision expected at this level.
Pre-production was compressed but thorough. Our team worked through shot planning, creative direction, and coordination with the hotel to ensure every frame was accounted for before the crew arrived on site. Lighting setups, camera angles, and movement were all mapped in advance to make the most of limited access time within a working hotel environment.
Production took place on location at The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok with a focused crew. Careful attention was given to lighting and composition, drawing out the textures, materials, and fine details that define the guest experience. Every shot was designed to let the room speak for itself, with camera movement kept controlled and deliberate.
Post-production brought the piece together with refined colour grading that enhanced the warmth and richness of the interiors, paired with sound design and pacing built to match the elegance of the brand. The final TVC was delivered on schedule and ready for broadcast.
