Their model opens up luxury real estate to a broader audience while maintaining exclusivity and investment potential. However, their challenge was not just to explain how fractional ownership works, but to do so in a way that built trust and credibility among both Thai and international investors. The concept is still new to many audiences, and Propbase required messaging that clearly defined their values, business model, and key selling points.
Because Propbase’s marketing is primarily CEO-led, it was also crucial that the brand’s story and tone of voice felt authentic, direct, and aligned with the vision of its founder. The marketing materials needed to empower leadership to clearly communicate the company’s mission while also providing the sales team with professional, consistent assets.
Our Approach
